What smoothtalk is
A reply-suggestion tool. It generates message variants in a voice you configure. You read them, you decide, you press send. The human is always in the loop.
Acceptable use
You agree to use smoothtalk in compliance with the terms of every platform you operate on. You will not use smoothtalk to impersonate a real person who has not authorized you to message on their behalf. You will not use it for harassment, fraud, or to communicate with minors. We will terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
Messages you paste in, suggestions you approve, and metadata you record remain yours. Granting smoothtalk a license to process and store this content is the only license we need to run the service.
Your LLM costs
smoothtalk does not pay for your model usage. You bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI, or OpenRouter key. You are billed by your provider directly. Costs scale with how many suggestions you generate.
Subscription
Paid plans renew monthly. You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and lets you keep using the plan until the period ends. We do not refund partial months.
Liability
smoothtalk is provided as is. We are not liable for messages you send, revenue you do or do not earn, or actions taken by any third party platform, including account suspensions.
Changes
If we materially change these terms we will notify users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
